Please Note: Member rates may be claimed by fully financial members of AAG and NZAG. The Conference Member Code is needed for AAG/NZAG member rates. Access it by logging into your AAG account via the AAG website and/or refer to emails from AAG.

* Early Career Researcher is anyone who meets the Australian Research Council definition of an Early Career Researcher / Practitioner, being the first five years full time equivalent post PhD, taking into account career interruption.

**Student registration rates may be claimed by current students (full or part) undergraduate or postgraduate students in an area related to ageing (verification of student status may be required)

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by emailing aag@theconferencemanager.com.au

Cancellations received in writing on or before 30 September 2024 will be subjected to a refund less 25% admin fee. After this date, we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted.

Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration.
