ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Scholarly writing is an essential academic skill, and can be useful for practitioners and others who want to share achievements in practice or debate change in policy. This workshop will focus on the manuscript process from the editorial perspective.
KEY REASONS TO ATTEND The workshop will include short presentations, interactive writing exercises and open discussion. You will: - Consider how to write with a journal and readers in mind - Develop a methodical approach to writing an article - Learn how to produce a working abstract - Obtain tips on how to respond to reviewers and editors feedback on submitted articles.

Cancellation of Workshop Registrations All workshop cancellations must be made in writing by emailing aagconference@aag.asn.au. Registration fees for workshops will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee prior to 5pm on Friday 25 October 2024. After this date, we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration.
